" It is hard to get a professional sales system that is practical and makes sense to the sales team. DPS (Dimensions of Professional Selling) was introduced on the behest of the chief of sales who had attended the public program. The whole Mother Dairy sales team of the Delhi area has undergone the 3 day workshop.

DPS relies on allowing each participant to try out the sales skills and encases it in a very strong philosophy of 'Professional Selling'. The system based approach helps assess what made a sale happen and what blocked it.

We have also used RJA (Roshan Joseph Associates) for developing a Mother Dairy Sales System for the managers of our milk booths. These are manned by Ex-Servicemen. RJA worked with the sales team, did intensive market survey before recommending the traing module which now is being imparted by faculty from within Mother Dairy who have been trained by RJA.

It has been a very satisfying association and we look to build on it in the years to come. "
