Carew International was founded in 1976 by Jack Carew. He is the author of two national best sellers which are based on sales performance. He is also widely recognized as a leader in the sales and business community. Armed with extensive experience, Carew sought the expertise of psychology professionals and human resource to develop a results-oriented and comprehensive sales training and development program. The result was Carew’s flagship program, Dimensions of Professional Selling (DPS).

Integrating business-tested interpersonal skills with proven sales skills which delivers bottom-line results has proved to be a winning formula. Managers and Sales professionals experienced unparalleled success with implementation of DPS, and Carew International was immediately launched to a leadership position among sales training providers.

True to the Carew’s vision of creating outstanding leaders and sales professionals, the company continued to introduce new programs which pushed new limits in creating world class professionals. Carew International’s thought leadership created innovative programs which reflect the new selling reality of leaders and sales professionals. Making value, seeing bottom-line results and being a strategic asset to customers, became the expectation of our clients. In the year 2001, Jeffrey Seeley assumed leadership of the Carew organization as CEO and continues in that role today. Before becoming CEO, Seeley had been affiliated with Carew for over twenty years as a customer, team member and board member.
