Store Operations comprise three levels of comprehensive learning developed from trainee to management level that is specific to each retail format of store.

Level 1

Level 1 provides all employees, regardless of the format or function they are working in, with a solid foundation to build their retail career. 

Level 2

Level 2 for Store Operations is typically suited to a Sales Associate. 5 modules have been developed covering all the basics of store operations and a further 6 modules for more advanced learning, suitable for entry into supervisory or trainee management roles.

Level 3

Level 3 Store Operations is for those in management roles. Covering all aspects of store operations management

 

including strategic, product, customer, risk, financial, supply chain and performance.
